Job Description:

- Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance & Troubleshooting-

- Preventive, Predictive, Target Base and Break down Maintenance planning and activities.

- Responsible for Power Saving Jobs, Projects, Modification Works.

- Adhere to POKA-YOKE, 5S, documentation.

- Carrying out Why-Why/Root-Cause/Break Down analysis.

- Attending breakdown related machine in high voltage & low voltage power cable industry such as VCV line, RBD, 91 Bobbin Stranding, Cu Screening, Drum Twister, Aluminium Corrugation, Cable Rewinding & Jacketing line. Lead Extruder.

- Valuable knowledge of Auto Cad and designing of electrical drawing.

- Maintained Maintenance Systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going

- Maintenance, testing programs, scheduling repairs, coordinating shut-downs and

- Installations plan.

- Maintaining power management and try to reduce its consumption with help 5S, poka yoke, kaizen tc.

- Maintaining Down time analysis, ISO, MTTR, MTTF, MTBF, MRM Records & Documentation and History of above m/c.

- Planning & implementation of preventive maintenance as per schedule and ensuring breakdown.

- maintenance with minimum down time.
