Job Description – FDE Teacher

Position: FDE Teacher (Foundation/Pre-primary/Early Childhood)
Qualification:

- B.Ed. (Early Childhood Education / Foundation Teaching) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE)

- Montessori / Nursery Teacher Certification (preferred)

Experience:

- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in pre-primary or foundation level

Responsibilities:

- Teach and nurture children at foundational / pre-primary level (ages 3–6)

- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and curriculum

- Conduct fun, interactive sessions to develop language, cognitive, social & motor skills

- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, positive learning environment

- Observe and document child development and provide feedback to parents

- Prepare teaching material, worksheets, and activity charts

- Organize events, story sessions, art & craft, and co-curricular activities

- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings

Skills Required:

- Patience, creativity, and solid communication skills

- Ability to engage young children effectively

- Knowledge of early childhood education techniques

- Familiarity with digital learning tools (preferred)
