Requirements:
1. Experience: 7-10 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
2. Skills: Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and talent management.
3. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare industry, including current trends and regulatory requirements.
