Job Description:

Job Title: Warehouse Manager (2 Positions)

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Education: Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall warehouse operations, ensuring seamless storage, organization, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct routine stock audits, and implement measures to prevent discrepancies.
- Oversee order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Implement effective return management strategies to minimize losses and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with warehouse safety protocols and optimize space utilization for improved efficiency.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and smooth order processing.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movement, update records, and analyze inventory data.




- Identify and resolve operational challenges while streamlining warehouse processes for enhanced productivity.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Foster a structured, high-performance warehouse environment to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management and e-commerce logistics.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse operations tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume order processing workplace.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
