- Monitor engagement and analytics to improve performance.

- Create engaging content . reels

- Design creatives using Canva or any other Editing Tool

- Update website content

- Conceptualize and shoot short-form video content stories for brand engagement.

- Make Job Posting Creatives For LinkedIn.

Requirements:

- Positive command of Canva & basic video editing

- Strong writing and communication skills

- Interest in HR & employer branding

- Knowledge of social media trends
