Job Description:

Position: Civil Manager

Location: Hajipir - Kutch

Experience: 10 -15 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and execute civil construction projects
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor progress
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Monitor and control project costs and resource utilization
- Implement and maintain quality control standards (QA/QC)
- Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship quality
- Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) standards
- Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment
- Verify contractor bills and work measurements
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders
- Resolve site issues and technical challenges
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and approvals
- Maintain project documentation and records




- Support procurement and material planning
- Track project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Lead and guide junior engineers and site staff
- Ensure proper coordination across all project activities

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project management tools (MS Project/Primavera)
- Excellent project planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Good understanding of quality, safety (HSE), and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Civil

Salary: - Upto 15.00 LPA
