Job Description:

Technical Execution

- Test Rig Operations: Assembly/disassembly of portable structural test rigs for carbody shell testing.
- Instrumentation: Strain gauge bonding, cabling, and sensor integration (e.g., accelerometers, LVDTs).
- Testing Support: Collaborate with engineers in test setup, execution, and data validation.

Railway Diagnostics & Monitoring Expertise

- Serve as a technical liaison for projects involving Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) systems for rolling stock, tracks, and OHE.
- Advise on sensor selection (e.g., vibration, temperature, acoustic) and data acquisition protocols.
- Translate field insights into customer-centric solutions for railway diagnostics.

Sales & Customer Engagement (Secondary KRA)

- Leverage knowledge of Indian Railways’ ecosystem (RDSO, production units like ICF/RCF, PSUs like BHEL, BEML) to identify project opportunities.
- Support pre-sales activities (technical proposals, demos) for monitoring systems.

Travel & Coordination

- Lead in office teams (2–3 members) across India/Asia/Oceania, ensuring compliance with IR standards (if applicable).

- Mandatory:

- 3+ years in sales/technical roles for Railway Diagnostic Systems (CBM, Track/OHE Monitoring).




- Hands-on experience with sensors / FBG (strain gauges, accelerometers) and data acquisition.

- Preferred:

- Familiarity with Indian Railways’ PSUs (RDSO, BEML, DLW) and production units (ICF, RCF).
- Exposure to European/Asian railway standards (e.g., EN, UIC).

Skills:

- Technical: Sensor instrumentation, mechanical assembly, data validation.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to bridge technical solutions with customer needs.
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder communication (English + regional languages), adaptability.

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to travel 60% of the time.
- Training provided for proprietary systems.
