Job Objective:

To operate and maintain CNC plasma cutting machines for precision cutting of metal sheets and components as per drawings, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC plasma cutting machine to cut metal plates as per technical drawings and specifications.

- Load and unload raw materials (metal sheets/plates) onto the machine.

- Interpret and understand CAD drawings and cutting programs.

- Set up machine parameters, adjust cutting speed, gas pressure, and torch settings.

- Monitor machine operation and ensure accuracy, minimizing material wastage.

- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the CNC plasma machine.





- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, tape, gauges) to ensure quality standards.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

- Coordinate with production team to achieve daily targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience in CNC plasma cutting operations.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of CNC programming (basic G-code understanding is a plus).

- Familiarity with metals (MS, SS, Aluminum, etc.) and their cutting characteristics.

- Valuable mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance.

- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
