We are seeking a Functional IT Executive( Contract Role ) to support and coordinate daily business operations across SAP, OTM (Oracle Transportation Management), and SAP GRC. The ideal candidate will manage ticket resolution, handle enhancement requests as part of BAU activities, coordinate with Infosys and business stakeholders, and possess a robust understanding of SAP and OTM functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
Ticket Monitoring & Follow-up
* Monitor and manage daily support tickets raised by business users for SAP and OTM.
* Coordinate with Infosys to ensure timely acknowledgment, update, and resolution of issues.
Business Coordination & BAU Enhancements
* Act as a liaison between business teams (e.g., RLMs, CFAs, RLEs) and IT support teams.
* Gather and document requirements for small business enhancements in OTM as part of BAU activities.
* Follow up with Infosys for development, deployment,
and closure of enhancement requests.
* Address recurring operational issues in OTM such as shipment planning, truck mapping, and delivery workflows.
SAP Access & GRC Support
* Assist users in raising access requests via the SAP GRC system.
* Handle GRC ticket resolution in coordination with Infosys.
* Support pan-India users with SAP login, access management, and compliance-related queries.
Required Skill Set
* Functional knowledge of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and SAP (SD/MM/Logistics modules).
* Working experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
* Strong communication and coordination skills with business and IT teams.
* Graduate in any discipline
* Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to manage BAU operations independently.
