SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

Design and Deliver RCC Designs and drawings for Highrise Buildings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Perform Analysis
- Coordinate with Architects and MEPF Consultants, client & Site teams
- Develop design reports and review drawings.
- Coordinate with detailing teams.
- Support design optimization for economy.
- Assist in technical discussions with clients.

Purpose of Interaction

- To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables.

- To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support.

Minimum Qualifications

- Master’s in Structural Engineering

Language Skills

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

EXPERIENCE

Years of Experience

- 2–15 years in structural design.

- Highrise Building Design, team leadership.
