- Experience in providing On call like support during regular business hours
- Ability to work in flexible schedule to fill out a 24/7 coverage cycle with staff located in multiple time zones from US and India locations.
- Experience matching Middleware Engineer expected tasks
- Server Reboots
- Agent remediation (Puppet, Splunk, etc.)
- DNS adds
- Certificate generation
- Eyes on glass monitoring
- Responding to alerts (CPU, Diskspace, etc.)
- Execute SOPs
- Round the clock support (OS Support, AWS platform tasks, Commvault, Splunk, Managed FTP, Jenkins execution)
