Individual contributor role and primary capacity support contact on numerous client accounts. The senior level capacity planner role has principal responsibilities on client accounts and provides assistance to capacity team members on their assigned accounts. Mentoring Jr. team members and providing insights to other functional areas in the organization. Leading capacity projects and supporting core strategic initiatives. Typically has working knowledge of focused platform (mainframe, distributed, cloud, network, storage) deployed in support of corporate IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include development of repeatable processes for providing KPI metrics aligned with organizational and client commitments. Maintaining and development process automation to develop turnkey solutions which are deployed throughout supported environments. Supporting system and workload forecasting, and trending in support of the global Ensono enterprise. Supporting diagnostics and resolution contributing to incident root cause investigation.



Performance analysis using internally developed tools/processes and vendor products to increase efficiency through automation and/or standard processes as appropriate. Stays engaged with industry trends, products and service offerings, which are relevant to existing and emerging technologies.
