IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Banker/Partner to join our First Private team in the South region. As a Private Banker/Partner, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized banking and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients in the South region
- Understand clients' financial goals and provide customized banking and wealth management solutions
- Cross-sell various banking products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide them with expert financial advice




- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Stay updated on market trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with the best possible solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the First Private team

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, as well as investment and insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the local market is preferred
