The position
The Director position based in Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore will be pivotal in driving the change and successfully delivering both the strategy and the planned growth in the KGS UK Insurance team alongside leading a portfolio of Audited entities.

This role will be to oversee the overall delivery, work on the more complex areas, and manage client and Senior RI relationships and responsibilities
In addition, the resource will act as the site lead for Mumbai, where the most senior KRC team member reporting to this level is a Senior Manager.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the with Associate Partner leading the UK FS practice, your role will include three key focus areas:
•Client delivery - lead a portfolio of audit client engagements and work closely with the RIs onshore and the KGS team.
•Team management - Lead an audit client delivery team that consists of approximately 100 FTEs working on onshore audits for the UK Insurance clients. In the near future it is expected that additional client delivery teams are added to the role
•Take charge of developing people, capabilities, Strategy, Innovation and Quality for the Insurance and in a few cases the overall UK FS team
