Job Description:

The Sr. Analyst – Costing & MIS, providessupport to Operations Team with periodical Costing & MIS Reportsto help improving Productivity & reduce Product Cost of the Factory located inBangalore.

In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:
- Core Costing
- Lead Costing activitiesof a Factory including Cost Audit
- Provide Monthly & Weekly costing Reports to Operations team
- Support Operations Team with Cost Roll & resolving costing related issues time to time
- MIS Reporting
- Prepare Monthly & Weekly MIS Reports,Analyse them& recommend necessary actions
- Work with Operations & other Teamsto analysethe abnormalities and fix issues appropriately
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders in reducing variances
- Participate in Operations Meetings & Analysis
- Inventory Monitoring & Controls
- Lead Annual Stock Count, ensure inventory controls, monitor movements & providereconciliations
- Work with Operations & other Dept’s to conduct Stock Count,



control Inventory movements&recommend; potential inventory reductions
- Highlight any major observations or irregularities& recommend necessary actions
- Participate in discussions & meetings with respect to Inventory reductions &ensure; actions
- Annual Budgeting
- Support in Annual Budgeting Activities
- Work with cross functional managers to build the budget and other connected areas
- Coordinate & follow-up with local / global directors for necessary inputs & confirmations
- Participate in budget review & updations in Budgeting Tool
- GST Compliances
- Prepare reports & workings to file timely GST Returns
- Work with Finance & Commercial Dept’s to prepare & file GST Returns
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for GST Audit / Assessment requirements
- Participate in GST record & return filing process improvement / simplification activities
