Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Triad Business Analyst to serve as a pivotal link between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams within a triad operating model. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions that improve processes, systems, and customer outcomes. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment among business goals, product strategy, and technology delivery, delivering measurable value to the organization.

Software Requirements

Essential
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Robust understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation practices
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile, product-driven, or collaborative environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence,



or similar tools

Preferred
- Experience working in a triad model or matrixed organization
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks
- Experience with process improvement, change management, or digital transformation initiatives
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA
