Product Development Engineer

• Post Location: Noida

• Qualification: Engineering Graduate/Science Graduate.

• Experience: 5+ years

Major Job Responsibilities:

✓ Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping,

testing, certification, to mass production.

✓ Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality,

Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure timely development and launch of

products.t.

✓ Identify market needs, customer requirements, and technology trends to define product

roadmap.

✓ Manage technical specifications, documentation, and version control for all new

products.

✓ Ensure products meet performance, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance (CE, BIS,

RoHS, etc.).

✓ Optimize product cost through design improvements, vendor development,



and BOM

cost reduction

Specific skills required:

✓ Relevant experience on design & development of low ampere, low voltage, compact

AC/DC power adapters.

• Core Competencies required:

✓ Solid understanding of power supply electronics, circuit design, electronics hardware,

embedded systems and mechanical design.

✓ Strong expertise in power adaptor design and development, power supply design and

development.

✓ Knowledge of power components: MOSFETs, PWM controllers, rectifiers, transformers,

magnetics, thermals.

✓ Understanding of testing standards: EMI/EMC, environmental, safety, reliability, CE/BIS.
