Job Description:
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven FP&A; Analyst to support financial reporting, variance analysis, and business insights. This role will play a key part in ensuring high-quality financial data, generating actionable insights, and enabling effective decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Extract, consolidate, and validate financial actuals from SAP ERP
- Retrieve and reconcile planning data from Anaplan
- Perform monthly variance analysis (Actuals vs Plan/Forecast) and identify key drivers
- Prepare concise financial summaries, dashboards,



and presentations for business stakeholders
- Track Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor spend against budgets, highlighting risks and trends
- Support ad hoc analysis and data requests for FP&A; and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to improving reporting processes, data quality, and automation initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
- CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A;, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Strong understanding of financial statements and cost drivers

Skills & Competencies
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems
