Your team

This role is part of the Transfer Operations team based out of the Bangalore office. You will be part of a global operations team responsible for managing client asset transfers, ensuring accurate, timely processing and delivering a seamless customer experience across markets.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Analyst to become a key member of our Transfer Operations team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex transfer cases, support junior team members, and contribute to ongoing strategic programmes — playing a critical part in maintaining operational excellence and delivering a high standard of service to our clients.

What you’ll do

Key responsibilities:
- Manage complex end-to-end stock transfer cases, including exceptions and escalations, ensuring accurate instruction entry, settlement checks, and timely closure within SLA
- Proactively monitor ageing cases and identify recurring issues, driving process improvements in coordination with the Team Lead
- Serve as a senior point of contact for complex client and broker queries and escalations, ensuring qualified and timely resolution through calls and emails
- Liaise with external brokers, custodians, and internal teams to resolve transfer issues and own senior-level es
