Role Overview

We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead all financial operations, planning, and compliance functions. The role requires solid real estate industry experience, hands-on financial leadership, and the ability to translate numbers into strategic business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage all financial operations, including cash flow and working capital.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-term budgeting.

Oversee preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and MIS reports.

Establish and maintain robust budgeting, cost control, and financial governance frameworks.

Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and adherence to applicable financial regulations.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory prior experience in the real estate industry.
