Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)

Product Design:
- 3D Design for new product as per the Input from designer.
- CAD models, Engineering drawing & Assembly design.
- 3D model renderingfor visualization.
- 3D printing of parts for new product.
- Innovation for recent products through design.

Mold Design:
- Injection Mold Design concept.
- Prepare input for texturization on injection molds.
- Coordinate with Vendor for fine tuning of Mold Design.

Tool Design:
- Design of Tools used for production.
- Design of Drill jigs, Cooling Jigs, locating jigs.

Modification in existing product:
- Responsible to work on product modifications.
- Changes in Product design from the perspective of quality improvement.
- Works on the product design from Cost Optimization point of view

Maintain drawings in Teamcenter

Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Graduation in Engineering
