As the Marketing Operations member, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of marketing operations, including systems and tools management, campaign execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities :
- Implement marketing operations strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Develop and implement processes and workflows to streamline marketing operations and enhance productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to the marketing team on best practices,



processes, and tools related to marketing operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing operations and implement relevant innovations within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Basic Graduation should be complete
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
