Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and workforce deployment.

Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Manage and train factory workers, allocate tasks, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and address equipment issues promptly.

Track raw material usage, inventory, and ensure timely availability for uninterrupted production.

Prepare and maintain production reports, logs, and other documentation as required.

Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize productivity and reduce waste.

Act as the point of contact between management and factory workers.
