Reporting To: Business Head / COO – Projects
Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) | M.Tech / PG in Construction Management (Preferred)
Experience: 18–25 Years
Work Location: Hyderabad (Initial Base), with deployment to Afghanistan.

Job Purpose

To provide strategic and operational leadership for the execution of large-scale industrial, factory, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure EPC projects across GCC countries and Afghanistan. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality, safety, and contractual commitments while leading multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete EPC project execution from mobilization to commissioning and handover.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource deployment strategies, and monitor project progress.
- Deliver projects within approved cost, quality, safety, and timeline commitments.




- Manage Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Finishing works.
- Administer EPC contracts, including FIDIC compliance, claims, variations, EOTs, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor project profitability, budgeting, billing, cash flow, procurement, and vendor performance.
- Track project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project and drive project controls through MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC systems, ISO standards, HSE requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Build solid relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams while driving a high-performance culture.
