Lead the entire project execution of a 350 TPD DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) Plant from planning to commissioning.

Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely project execution.

Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety, and environmental norms.

Monitor erection, installation, and commissioning activities of major equipment like kilns, coolers, ESP, pollution control systems, raw material handling, and waste heat recovery systems (WHRB).

Drive procurement and contract management for project-related materials and services.

Review and approve engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documents.

Ensure statutory approvals and liaison with government authorities as required.

Lead a cross-functional project team and report project progress to management.

Post-commissioning: ensure smooth handover to Operations Team with complete documentation.
Qualification & Experience:
-
B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical ).
-
Minimum 20–30 years of experience in the steel industry with at least 15+ years in DRI plant project execution (350 TPD & above kilns).

Proven track record of handling Greenfield / Brownfield projects in Sponge Iron / DRI.

Strong knowledge of project management tools, safety standards, and cost control.
