This role requires P&L; (Profit & Loss) ownership, involving the development and control of budgets, cost optimization, and achieving financial targets. Key responsibilities span the entire value chain, including overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure high quality, safety, and production efficiency; managing sales and market penetration by monitoring industry trends; and leading a cross-functional team (including production, finance, and marketing) through effective leadership, training, and policy enforcement.
