What You’ll Do
- Create Social Media content for Facebook, Instagram and Google
- Write social media copy suitable for B2B businesses in various industries including Property Management, Health, Retail, Food services, etc.
- Analyze and respond to incoming reviews
- Work directly with clients to finalize review responses
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and their social media and review presence (often 100+ locations)
- Deliver content services on time and with high quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients on content and review response strategies
