1 Reporting in shift duties on rotational basis.
2 To give and take complete charge to reliever for pending and online activity.
3 To maintain housekeeping of plant and surrounding area.
4 To perform any other activity assign by the HOD/Shift in-charge.
5 Reporting of incident, deviation, failure & involve in investigation.
6 Experience & knowledge of flammable & toxic chemicals like Toluene, Cyclohexane, THF, Liquid
Bromine Etc.
7 Communicating to all department like maintenance, QC, QA, warehouse, store &
other production department.
8 Knowledge of Process operations & process automation e.g., PSV, PRV, RD, Flame Arrestor Etc.
9 Filling the BMR and other document online with production activity.
10 Maintain the process parameter as per BMR & report every deviation.
11 Handling of Casual manpower & controlling of discipline in critical operations.
12 Receiving of raw material from warehouse & other production department and
keep it to designated area.
13 Attending of training programs as per schedule provided.
14 Keeping the work place clean & taking initiatives for betterment.
