The Role: Executive – Roster
As Executive – Roster, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth terminal operations by effectively planning and managing workforce schedules.
You will be responsible for preparing and administering rosters for operational staff, managing attendance and overtime, supporting training programs, and ensuring compliance with company systems and processes. This role requires a balance of attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate closely with operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily/monthly work schedules for Terminal Equipment Operators (TEOs) and other operational staff.
- Administer annual leave, overtime, and shift adjustments through the Time & Attendance system (Kronos).
- Monitor attendance, sick leave, absenteeism, and resolve system issues in coordination with IT.
- Collaborate with Shift Managers and Berth Coordinators to optimize manpower and resource allocation.
- Support payroll processes by validating attendance and incentive data and submitting inputs to HR.
