Location - Gurgaon (In office)

Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic direction of the OutSystems platform, including evolution, feature-request intake and prioritization across business subdomains, and long-term roadmap alignment with enterprise architecture
- Design and maintain standardized application templates, reusable foundation controls, and the organization’s OutSystems design language to improve consistency and accelerate delivery
- Own and continuously enhance the end-to-end CI/CD framework (PR-based deployment model, quality gates, versioning, artifact storage, workplace-independent deployments, and automated code analysis)
- Establish and operationalize testing and quality practices across the platform (BDD frameworks, visual regression testing, static analysis, schema review tooling), including enablement and adoption across teams
- Help work with Infrastructure team to help manage OutSystems infrastructure across all environments, including platform and database upgrades, provisioning, build-agent management, certificate lifecycle, air-gap solutioning,



and environment-specific configuration automation
- Help work with Security team to drive the platform security posture, including authentication modernization (OpenID Connect, Azure AD / Entra ID), PKI certificate management, security assessments, and approvals/compliance coordination with enterprise security
- Build and maintain integration frameworks (REST APIs with Azure AD auth, Elastic/Kibana observability, Kafka/event-driven patterns, SailPoint identity provisioning, and API-level RBAC)
- Introduce developer productivity tooling, including AI-driven enablement (LLM integrations, agentic bot frameworks, ML-powered code review, and MCP client rollout)
- Define and enforce guardrails and standards; maintain documentation; and support teams through enablement and hands-on guidance
