Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Deputy Project Director to oversee and drive the successful execution of large-scale infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing complex Water Network, Sewage, or Infrastructure projects, with a proven ability to lead multiple project teams and ensure strategic alignment with company goals.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strong project governance, financial control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategic Management:




- Lead and oversee multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously across different regions in Saudi Arabia.
- Provide strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to multiple Project Managers and site teams.
- Ensure alignment of project execution with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Project Governance & Control:
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Monitor project timelines, risk management, and progress reports to ensure adherence to project objectives.
- Establish and maintain project controls to manage cost, schedule, and performance.
- Operational Oversight:
- Supervise and manage operations across multiple project sites with a combined workforce of over 2,000 employees and several subcontractors.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
