Role description:

We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Principal BIM Modeller - Plant (Electrical Substations) to work on our UK projects based in Global Excellence Centres in Bangalore/Mumabi/Hyderabad/Noida.

To be considered for the role, we are seeking candidates with the following credentials:

Role accountabilities:
- Responsible for developing BIM strategy, overseeing all BIM work on select projects including support at originator level as and when required and responsible for BIM

quality on all projects
- Development and supervision of processes related to the implementation of BIM for project controls.




- Enthusiastic and drive automation processes
- Coordination of processes for complete model life cycle development and functionality (3D, 4D and 5D, model development and integration).
- Coordinate for the review and validation of construction models (including 4D/5D)
- Assist project teams by providing and formatting information from virtual models throughout the lifecycle of the project, including utilization of models and

visualizations for presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of total experience with 8+ years in Electrical Substations (Plant) and 3+ years in UK substations (Plant)
- Good understanding of various common data workplace platforms (BIM 360, ACC, ProjectWise).
- Good command in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in Bentley, Synchro Pro, and other tools will be an added advantage
- Experience in mentoring a team of BIM model
