Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sr. Assistant Manager – RT for a reputed FMCG MNC company at the Pune (Vishrantwadi) location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Management of Route sales
- Team Management
- Supervising subordinates of sales executives, administrators, sales representatives, and sales promotor ladies.
- Visiting the customers such as retailers, hotels and institutions.
- Making good communication and negotiation with these customers.
- Developing customers in the designated area.
- Getting and placing an order (Get a PO from the organized retailers).
- Collecting the payments.
- Doing a proper merchandising work at stores.
- Placing and maintaining a visicooler provided by Yakult.
- Supervising the sales promotors to motivate them and increase the sales.
- Forecasting the sale volume and achieving the sales target.
- Making a daily sales report and keeping a log to report the sales manager.
- Working cooperatively with and supporting a designated sales representative.




- Analyzing of Sales performance and solving the problems.
- Also, sales executive is required to do the following jobs if necessary.
- Caring the chilled van.
- Delivering the stock to the customers by the chilled van.
- Good communication skills are required to develop and maintain the market and his bosses.
- Handle sales cash as well as petty cash.

Age: 30 to 40 Years

Qualification: Any University Graduate (MBA is Preferable).

Candidates Profile:
- 2-wheeler license is necessary and 4-wheeler license is most favorable.
- Should have positive communication skills, comfortable to work with team, punctual, polite to others, responsible and sincere towards his/her job.
- PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.
- Local candidate.
- 5 years’ experience in FMCG/ Food & Beverages (Strong Team Handling skill)
- Languages known: English, Hindi & Local Language.
- Excellent negotiation skill is must.
