Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand intricacies of new RBI circulars and ensure their implementation by hand holding stakeholders i.e. business / operations / IT in implementation all new guidelines
- Track the progress in circular implementation and report to Board as to pending items including status / progress & tentative timelines for closure.
- Post implantation of recent guidelines, undertake testing of controls to see if they are gaps in implementation. In case of gaps, coordinate with stakeholders to plug the gaps
- Undertake testing of Risk Based Supervision Tranche:
- Act as Key Person for coordinating and conducting RBS Tranche 3 testing
- Also undertake testing of various controls under RBS Tranche 3 and also additional aspects decided by senior management
- Ensure completion of exercise within RBI stipulated timelines
- Track compliance failures under RBS Tranche 3 and do Root Cause Analysis for all failures.
- Undertake remedial steps to ensure rectification
- To report to Senior Management as to action taken details
