Oracle's Social Impact team seeks a Senior Specialist to support and strengthen the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in India, with a focus on education and community impact initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a highly cooperative and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, navigate complexity, and drive programs from planning through execution. This individual should be comfortable working independently, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and program effectiveness.

- Lead day-to-day management of Oracle Giving's CSR programs and grant portfolio, ensuring successful implementation, compliance, and impact measurement.
- Manage relationships with nonprofit partners and implementing agencies, serving as a key point of contact throughout the grant lifecycle.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements, including fund utilization monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
- Conduct due diligence, proposal reviews, budget assessments, agreement management, payment processing, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Procurement, Communications, and other teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Monitor program performance, track milestones and outcomes, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
