Job Description Role Overview
n We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a strategic Settlements Transformation Program within a leading global financial institution. The role will support the delivery of the target-state operating model and technology roadmap for Settlements, driving large-scale transformation initiatives across global markets operations.
n The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project governance, stakeholder engagement, planning, execution, risk management, and delivery across complex change programs.

n n tLead and coordinate settlement transformation initiatives from inception through implementation
n .Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards

n n tPartner with senior business leaders, technology teams, operations stakeholders, and external vendors
n .Build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes

n .Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards

n .Conduct resource planning and capacity management to ensure optimal allocation across initiatives
