n About the Role
n We are looking for a highly accountable Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and process improvements. This isn't a routine accounting role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, identifies opportunities for improvement, collaborates across teams, and helps build robust financial processes that scale with the business.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage end-to-end accounting, reconciliations, invoicing, and month-end/year-end closing.
n Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow reports.
n Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax,



and statutory compliance with timely filings.
n Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and external stakeholders.
n Monitor internal controls and improve accounting processes.
n Support budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.
n Leverage ERP systems and automation tools to improve efficiency.
n Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
n n Requirements
n n CA / CMA qualified (mandatory) with 3–5 years of accounting experience.
n Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
n Experience handling accounting across Singapore / India / US jurisdictions.
n Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
n Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
n Experience with automation or AI tools is an added advantage.
