As an SME, you will work with our instructional design team to create engaging, practical, and beginner-friendly learning content that reflects current industry practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design and validate course content for beginner-level learners.
Share practical industry knowledge, real-world examples, and best practices.
Review learning objectives, course outlines, and assessments.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers during course development.
Record short introductory videos and provide guidance for video-based learning content.
Ensure technical accuracy and relevance of all learning materials.
Required Experience
10–12+ years of relevant industry experience in your area of expertise.
Strong practical knowledge with hands-on industry experience.
Experience mentoring, training, consulting, or teaching is an advantage.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginner learners.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
