n As a Trainee Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior leaders, gaining hands-on experience across business operations, client management, sales strategy, leadership development, and team performance. n Key Responsibilities
n n Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
n Work alongside management teams to support strategic business initiatives
n Assist in developing and implementing customer acquisition and sales strategies
n Conduct market research and provide recommendations to improve performance




n Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
n Support the training, coaching, and development of new team members
n Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to business planning discussions
