Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology

solutions. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, stakeholder management,

business process analysis, well understanding of design, mock-ups, BRS & FRS documentation, sprint

grooming, user story writing, acceptance criteria defining, UAT support, and coordination with

Product, UI/UX, Development, QA, and DevOps teams. Experience in Agile methodology and mobile

application projects is preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.

Prepare BRD, FSD, PRD, and other functional documents.

Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Reviews, etc.).

Create wireframes, process flows, and workflows using Visio, Draw.io, Figma, or similar tools.

Understand REST APIs and JSON for requirement analysis and system integration.

Communicate effectively with business, development, and QA teams.

Manage user stories, tasks, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence.

Perform Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis for change requests.

Coordinate UAT, track defects, and support issue resolution.





Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Preferred (Valuable-to-Have) Skills:

Telecom domain experience

Mobile application experience (Android/iOS)

CMS knowledge

Payment and Recharge journey understanding

SQL for basic data validation

AI-assisted requirement documentation and prompt engineering exposure

Analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
