Role Description
As a Project Coordinator (Creator Operations), you will be responsible for coordinating influencer marketing campaigns by identifying and communicating with content creators, managing campaign timelines, and ensuring smooth collaboration between creators, clients, and internal teams.
You will play a key role in keeping projects on track, following up on deliverables, and ensuring campaigns are executed successfully and on time.
Qualifications
B.Tech graduate (Freshers can apply)
Fluent in Malayalam and proficient in English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube is an advantage
Requirements
Contact and onboard content creators for brand campaigns.
Coordinate with creators, clients, and internal teams throughout campaign execution.
Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Follow up on scripts, content approvals, and video submissions.
Handle creator communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain campaign records and progress trackers.
- Be proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
