Role Overview :We are looking for experienced AS/400 (RPG) Developers based in Bangalore to support a global client's multi-phase implementation program. This is a long-term prospect involving enhancement, maintenance, and modernization of legacy systems.The role requires working in UK / EMEA time zones and collaborating closely with onsite stakeholders.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain applications on IBM iSeries (AS/400) platform- Work on RPG (RPG III / RPG IV / ILE / Free Format RPG) programming- Analyze requirements and design technical solutions- Perform coding, testing, and deployment of enhancements- Handle production support and issue resolution- Collaborate with client teams across EMEA- Ensure high-quality code and adherence to standards- Participate in ongoing system enhancements and modernization efforts (ref:hirist.tech)
