Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Facilitate effective communication and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business processes.




- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
- Develop and maintain process maps to optimize workflows.
- Utilize strong communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in Business Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD Documentation, Stakeholder Management, Gap Analysis, UAT Support, and Process Mapping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the Aviation Industry is preferred.
