Responsibilities:
- Conducting extensive field research and sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
- Developing and maintaining a robust network of qualified professionals.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Providing timely feedback to candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database.
- Assisting in the negotiation of job offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Field Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
