Role Description The Telecaller role at AdmitVerse is a full-time, in office position based in Faridabad. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to counsel prospective students and guardians about educational opportunities in India and abroad. Daily tasks include explaining services, understanding applicants needs, providing basic guidance on admissions processes, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with senior counselors. The role involves maintaining call records, updating CRM or internal databases, and meeting conversion and productivity targets while following communication scripts and quality standards. Telecallers are expected to collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams, share feedback from conversations, and contribute to improving student engagement.




Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and maintain a student-centric, service-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge or interest in higher education and overseas admissions; prior experience in counseling or telecalling is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools or spreadsheets, maintaining accurate call logs, and working with daily performance targets.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional or international language skills are a plus.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Capacity to work in office in Faridabad, manage a full-time schedule, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Professional, ethical attitude, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
