Conduct admin and end-user training sessions.
Handle customer escalations and manage critical accounts.

Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer success methodologies.
Customer retention and account management expertise.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in CMMS & IoT implementation projects.
Data migration and application support experience.
