Job Description Job Purpose:
n This role will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Retail & F&B; along with the planning, execution, and management of the F&B; ecosystem within the development. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, driving occupier experience, managing food-court /retail tenant relationships, and establishing the development as a leading workplace and lifestyle destination.
n Key Responsibilities:
n 1. IT Park Food court Technical Management
n n Oversee end-to-end IT park operations including engineering, housekeeping, security, parking, landscaping, and common area management.
n Ensure smooth functioning of all building services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, elevators, escalators, DG, and STP.
n Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimum operational downtime.
n Ensure premium upkeep and ambience across all customer-facing and common areas.
n n 2. F&B; Operations Management
n n Lead and manage the overall F&B; ecosystem across restaurants, cafés, food courts, kiosks, and specialty dining formats within the IT park.
n Coordinate with F&B; brands for store openings, fit-outs, operational readiness, and launch timelines.
n Ensure smooth functioning of all F&B; operational infrastructure including:
n Exhaust & Fresh Air systems
n Gas bank provisioning
n Water inlet & drainage
n Grease trap & sewage systems
n Power & DB connectivity
n Drive operational standards, hygiene compliance, and food safety norms across all F&B; operators.




n Work closely with brands to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
n n 3. Tenant & Stakeholder Management
n n Act as the primary operational point of contact for occupiers, retailers, and F&B; brands.
n Coordinate with leasing, projects, design, and technical teams for smooth tenant onboarding and handovers.
n Resolve tenant operational concerns and ensure adherence to park operational guidelines.
n Maintain solid relationships with premium national and international brands and occupiers.
n n 4. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
n n Ensure compliance with all statutory, fire safety, health, and municipal regulations.
n Conduct regular operational and safety audits across the IT park Retail and F&B; zones.
n Implement emergency response and crisis management protocols (Business Continuity Plan).
n n 5. Occupier Experience & Activation Support
n n Ensure superior occupier and visitor experience through cleanliness, ambience, crowd management, and service standards.
n Support operational execution of events, activations, food festivals, and employee engagement initiatives.
n Monitor footfall movement and optimize customer flow within dining and retail zones.
n n 6.



Vendor & Team Management
n n Lead cross-functional operations teams including engineering, housekeeping, security, and F&B; support teams.
n Manage facility management partners, contractors, and operational vendors.
n Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance standards.
n n 7. Budgeting | P&L; | Commercial Efficiency
n n Prepare and manage operational budgets / P&L; reports and annual maintenance plans.
n Track utility consumption and optimize operational costs.
n Support revenue enhancement initiatives through operational planning and efficiency.
n n Qualifications and Work Experience:
n n Bachelor's in hospitality, Facility Management, Operations, or related field.
n 12–18+ years of experience in IT park operations, commercial real estate, hospitality, retail real estate, or large-scale F&B; environments.
n Strong exposure to workplace ecosystem management, restaurant operations, and commercial infrastructure management.
n Experience handling premium occupiers and F&B; brands.
n Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
