n Job Type: Full-Time | 24/7 Rotational Shifts
n Salary: ₹28,000 In-Hand per month
n n Key Responsibilities:
n n Handle customer queries and concerns through chat in a skilled and timely manner
n Provide product/service information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-contact resolution
n Maintain high CSAT scores and meet defined KPIs
n Accurately log interactions and update CRM systems
n Collaborate with team leads to improve customer experience
n Adhere to process guidelines, data privacy, and compliance standards
n n What We Are Looking For:
n n Qualification: Graduate - Mandatory
n Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service/BPO – Mandatory
n Preferred: Banking/Financial process experience – Added Advantage
n n Other Requirements:
n n Excellent written English communication and typing speed




n Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
n Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
n 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
