Job Description - Role & Responsibilities
n n Proven experience as a Functional / Technical Consultant or similar with focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
n Collaborate, manage, and lead meetings with Business users and stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are being met.
n Understand workflows, plug-ins, and entity modifications of Microsoft Dynamics
n Develop specifications for Dynamics enhancements and integrations to other business applications.
n Manage external technical resources and needed.
n Drive solutions on a technical and functional level that will deliver high quality results, meet business needs, and utilize the features and functions correctly and effectively.

n Education: Graduate with preference in Computer Science.




n Experience: 5-8 Years
n Skills:
n n Tech savvy with working knowledge of IT applications / software and databases
n Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
n Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in English
n BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
n Knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/C#
n Positive to have Insurance domain experience.
n Certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate) are of added advantage.
