About the Role
Jaipur Rugs is looking for an experienced CCTV Surveillance Manager to lead and strengthen the organization's surveillance and security operations across manufacturing units, warehouses, offices, and other facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring effective monitoring, safeguarding company assets, supporting operational compliance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain a secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end CCTV surveillance operations across Jaipur Rugs locations.
Ensure 24×7 monitoring of manufacturing units, warehouses, offices, gates, and other critical areas.
Review CCTV footage to investigate security incidents, policy violations, inventory discrepancies, accidents, and operational concerns.
Coordinate with Administration, Security, HR, Production, Stores, and Internal Audit teams during investigations.
Develop and implement CCTV surveillance SOPs, escalation matrices, and monitoring standards.
Conduct periodic surveillance audits and recommend preventive measures to minimize security risks.
Ensure proper storage, backup, and retrieval of CCTV recordings in line with company policies.
Manage AMC vendors and service providers for CCTV installation, maintenance, and system upgrades.
Monitor the health and uptime of surveillance equipment and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Prepare incident reports, surveillance summaries, MIS, and monthly security dashboards for management.




Train and mentor the surveillance team on monitoring techniques, reporting standards, and security protocols.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and internal security standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Certification in Security Management, Electronic Surveillance, or Industrial Security will be an added advantage.
Experience
8–10 years of experience in CCTV surveillance, security operations, or electronic surveillance management.
Experience in manufacturing, textile, industrial, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
Hands-on experience with enterprise CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, video management systems (VMS), and access control systems.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and security operations.
Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Team leadership and stakeholder management.
Vendor and AMC management.
Excellent analytical, observation, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
